Has anyone completed layouts that has the entire student body in one sections as headshots with their names? They are not separated by the year they graduate. We have an issue with classification according to credits earned and info sent to the photographers are current grade level rather than graduation year. Has anyone tried such a deal with the entire school in one section? If so were there any concerns or backlashes for doing it?

That sounds like a very unique and interesting situation! While I’m not sure of a specific solution, here are some ideas that might help:

    1. You could consider creating a clear labeling system with each headshot that includes both the student’s current grade level and their graduation year, making it easier to identify them.

    2. Another option could be to arrange the headshots alphabetically by last name, instead of by graduation year, which might help alleviate some confusion.

    3. You might also want to gather feedback from students and parents to see how they feel about this format, as their input could provide valuable insights into potential concerns.

    4. Perhaps involving the student body in the project could help foster a sense of community and acceptance of this new layout.

    5. My last idea would be to suggest maybe do groupings, like these are all the lower elementary or upper elementary, this is middle school or this is high school so you’re not giving them a specific grade designation.

I hope these suggestions spark some ideas for your project!
